This isn't new. It's been going on for quite some time. But I do think that a lot of states have addressed the issue. For example, and I think In Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, they had these election bodies that didn't have the authority to change the election rules. They changed those rules improperly. And since then, that's been foreclosed and they can't do that anymore. But that was improper to do. And so that was unique because of COVID So, yeah, Covid created quite an anomalous situation.
