But we still have to do that. We still have to try and we don't have to solve it overnight. But If we made 2% progress in any one given year, 5%, 10%, whatever it is, if we show the American people that we can make progress and we can work together, we will restore confidence in the process. Right now the confidence is broken because Congress is broken and they're not even talking to each other.
