Because what's happened is hedge funds have a tendency now to buy up homes, either sit on them or rent them out, and change the availability of single family homes for people to purchase and therefore build wealth. Right. For people, not just corporations. That bill went to Senator Quinn's committee in April and it has died there. I did not have much Republican support.
