The property taxes, those are the two things that basically make up the bucket of money. So right now, Most of our funding goes based on per pupil spending. And that was dictated some 1993 or something was kind of where those numbers kind of got locked in. And because it's per pupil spending, one of the dilemmas is then if you have a decrease in your enrollment, you get less money. (20:51–21:04)
