We know that people are going to be coming off their parents health insurance at 26 and they want to be able to have an affordable option when that happens. That's why I've been able to announce We're going to have Badger Choice, which is a public option on the exchange that anyone can purchase. and we will use the power of the state government to be able to lower costs overall across the state.
