That's unacceptable in the state. We have got to have community input into these processes. So that's just basic needs to be built with union labor. We have to make sure that we're using the right types of labor to get these things built in terms of electricity use. They need to pay enhanced rates, not just what they're using, but we have to be able to cover maintenance on the grid as well as the new transmission lines that are Coming into these data centers and not.
