Again, that is another reason why we are top 10 in the country for property taxes. We are not funding our cities and municipalities appropriately. We have completely handcuffed [cities and municipalities] and said, hey, you know, no matter what happens, no matter what kind of needs there are in the community, you are capped at a certain amount.
