And that is something that we can do and we can implement that quite quickly. One of the things that we could do with the surplus is pre fund, which is what we did, We actually proposed in our last budget, Governor and I, for paid family leave, specifically pre-fund it with the surplus. and then get gather those funds to continue to replenish it.
