Throughout my time in Congress, I have supported countless bipartisan efforts to strengthen military family support. This past November, I partnered with my Congressional Military Family Caucus, Cochia Jim Higgins, to introduce the bipartisan Supporting Tools Across Years or the STAY Act. This bill aims to reduce the frequency of PCs moves and seashore rotations that disrupt family life, harm spouse employment continuity and impose significant financial and logistical burdens on the Department of Defense.
