And so a number of years ago, both union and non union stakeholders here in Pennsylvania came to me and said, we have a problem with illegal immigrants taking jobs in the construction industry. And so I fought that battle. We got the expansion of E VERIFY here in Pennsylvania through legislation I authored to make it mandatory in the construction industry. And I faced some of these headwinds, which probably the governor is talking about. Some in the business community fought me on that issue, said that they couldn't find people to do those jobs.
