And so we as a legislature now have to look at that critically and figure out what is actually realistic and what can be done. The economy here in Pennsylvania is doing extremely well, and that's happening all across the country, thanks to things that are happening at the federal level, like the Tax Cut and Jobs act. and also what we've done here at the state level in terms of reining in spending over the years and having responsible budgets for the last number of years.
