Not only would it take the onus off of paying for it from the city of Milwaukee and Milwaukee county, but There are folks all across the state that are affected by both eviction and foreclosure. which is an issue too. My original vision for that covered both of those and did not have any hoops to jump through in terms of income that would really benefit all of Wisconsin and Milwaukee. (20:22–20:29)
