And it's not only jeopardizing trade with other countries, because as it turns out, Wisconsin has lots of contracts overseas with our allies as well. But it's absolutely the wrong thing to do. And The way that works in Wisconsin as well as other states is that if you have contracts with the state or you're a local unit of government, you have to sign a loyalty pledge to Israel saying that you will not boycott that country and only that country. And it is a clear infringement of free speech. We also unfortunately saw this last session the IHRA definition of anti Semitism be passed into Wisconsin. (10:13–10:27)
