The Santa Cruz county has to come up with something for funding when it's the failure of the federal government and we have failed Santa Cruz County. And I say We have failed Santa Cruz County...to have the proper funding to secure the border and to have immigration reform. Two things I Think we need back to back. And it's not fair that when, you know, Mayor Maldonado, the sheriff have to use their men and women and they don't get reimbursed from their federal government, that they have to find the tax base.
