So they're in jobs that have good 401k policies, but they just don't have the money to buy a home. So they're going to find themselves retiring without a home, which is a very, very dangerous situation. Some of our largest increases, by the way, in homelessness is from seniors. So I have a bill with a Republican that is going to allow you to take out $50,000 out of your 401k without any penalty, no tax penalty whatsoever, to put it towards a down payment. (11:08–11:13)
