I think pegging into inflation is a good way to kind of make sure we catch up. I also think we got to look at other things that occur right now. Overtime laws are not enforced anymore. When I worked at a meat packing factory in high school, I was excited to work overtime. And you know, you have to be really excited to work overtime if you're working in meatpacking factory.
