However corrupt international organizations like the International Criminal Court have issued arrest warrants against Israeli officials for simply trying to defend themselves and defend their country. The ICC's Anti Semitism speaks volumes. This is an unacceptable attack against our greatest ally and The United States must make it clear that those who participate and this illegitimate prosecutions from the ICC are subject to the strongest possible sanctions. America needs leadership and this is where we need it. I urge you and my colleagues on both sides of the aisle to stand with Israel and to vote for HR23 and with that Mr. Chairman I yield back.
