But there's lots of legislation that's out there right now that's coming through the House because it's a realization that everybody shares right now that we cannot adapt as quickly as our enemies can right now. Because The bureaucracy, the defense industrial base that we lack in certain areas and just everything that's involved with the acquisition and procurement process and everything, it takes so long that if we can't figure out how to get past that and innovate and adapt at a much quicker rate, we won't be able to compete.
