I'm now going to move to another unanimous consent request to pass an even narrower bill that it's hard to see anybody objecting to. It would not make any changes to surveillance law, but would significantly increase public transparency about the impact of surveillance on Americans rights. It would create some new reporting requirements that would help inform Congress and the public about surveillance activities that impact American citizens. (08:19–08:29)
