In terms of the other aspect, the damaging aspect of Obamacare was the individual market. So I'm assuming your husband's on that. That's right. What Obamacare did is it forced those individuals, about 5, 6% of the American population who buy individual policies to bear the full cost of covering pre existing conditions. They destroyed what actually worked, the high risk pools. We had one in Wisconsin, it wasn't perfect. A couple tweaks and we could have kept premiums low across the board, even for individual plans.
