Well, first of all, to be talking about cuts is just the wrong way to approach this. Most of us campaigned on zero based budgeting. What I'm proposing is let's start at 5.5 to $6.5 trillion [for federal spending]. I've laid out, you know, previous pre pandemic spending levels plus those up by population growth and inflation and you'd end up with somewhere between 5.5 and 6.5 trillion dollars versus the over 7 trillion.
