And again, that compares to 2019. We spent $4.4 trillion in total. Then we went on the COVID spending spree and never stopped and we spent 6.5 trillion the next year. We've averaged 6.5 trillion over the last five years. Last year we spent 6.9, this year about 7.3. And I asked my colleagues in Senate lunch today, I said, anybody think we spent too little in 2019?
