I was with the President, with other Republican senators on Friday night. He talked about getting himself dedicating himself to actually balancing the budget. We're not going to [balance the budget] if we're up at 6.7, $6.8 trillion worth of spending when 2019 we spent 4.4. So again, 6.1 is still a whole lot more than 4.4, but it's closer in line to revenue of somewhere between five and five and half trillion. (01:42–01:50)
