It's undeniably good that Nicolas Maduro is gone. And I think it now gives the Venezuelans a chance to rebuild their nation again. This is basically reintroduction of the Maduro doctrine. We can't, We shouldn't allow foreign adversaries, China, Russia, Iran, Cuba into the Western Hemisphere.
