Well, my primary concern is we don't have a revenue problem, we have a spending problem. And as I've been writing since the first of the year, We need to bring spending down, total spending down to a reasonable pre-pandemic level. That's exactly what Chairman Graham has suggested in the Senate Budget Committee. I serve in that committee and what we've looked at and I gave a number of options. (01:58–02:01)
