So. Well, the problem is we've walled off such a huge amount of our federal budget. Certainly I would agree with the Heritage foundation. We need to bring everything back onto the budget. I don't understand why Congress, why the administration has absolved itself of responsibility of taking a look at all spending and review that every year. I think that's one of the first.
