I've been very publicly supportive of ending the filibuster because Democrats will do so as soon as they gain the power to do it. I think we ought to end the filibuster. But we ought to do is we ought to vote. We haven't even taken a secret internal vote to see exactly where the Republican senators are on the issue [of ending the filibuster].
