And when you do that, when you operate within freedom, within a free enterprise system, economic history tells you that is what makes an economy grow. It's what in America gave us. We have 5% of the world's population, yet we produce over 20% of the world's goods. That's not because of growing government. Growing government's going to hamper that our ability to do that.
