From my standpoint, all the offshoring of manufacturing, the concern I have is on manufacturing. That's vital for a national security interest. I mean, things like precursor drugs for pharmaceuticals, the high end semiconductors. We do need a steel industry, we need aluminum. There are some basic things you need for national security and just for economic security as well. I don't like government managing all that. I don't know who else can really do it though.
