That's my concern is God forbid they ever take back the Senate. They're going to do that anyway. Why don't Republicans do it? Well, that's really the split in the Republican conference. We all would like to maintain the filibuster so we can block awful Democrat legislation. but they've laid their cards on the table. Next time they're in power, I believe they will end the filibuster and we ought to beat them to the punch. (00:39–00:45)
