And easier said than done, right? Yes, but the way to do is not probably federal law unless you just federal law to give people the freedom to do these things. Remember, Under Obamacare, as an individual you can't choose different insurance policies. They're now prescribed by the federal government. So again, if you get through things like health savings accounts where you actually put patients in charge of being the actual buyer of the service, you don't need to pass a law for price transparency.
