You know, my concern about what's been uncovered in Minnesota with the, you know, Somali childcare fraud and Medicaid fraud, that type of thing, is that people say, okay, well, we found it. That's the problem. It's literally just the tip of the iceberg. These programs have been designed to be abused, to be difficult to really investigate and convict people based on fraud.
