For every dollar the state puts in for a single adult childless, the government puts in nine. The federal government puts in nine bucks. That has led to all kinds of waste and abuse. There's up coding inside Medicare, which also is putting in threat the benefits for people that need it. So again, there is all kinds of waste, fraud and abuse these programs.
