And then later On, I think July 23rd, a number of us did go down to the White House in the Council's office and we discussed that authorization. My recollection is two things from that meeting is that The White House counsel was finding a somewhat tenuous connection to previous authorizations. And so they were looking and they were interested in having a new authorization. And also, I think I left that meeting. My impression was the ball is in the administration's court to draft something.
