How do you respond to that? It just shows what a miserable failure Obamacare is. It was designed to fail to move everybody into a single payer system. Again, The reason insurance premiums are skyrocketing, the individual changes because the faulty design of Obamacare. There's a much better way of doing this. There always was. For example, Wisconsin had a high risk pool. You could have tweaked a little bit to cover pre existing conditions more fully. (04:22–04:30)
