If you remember Colonel Vindman, the individual who betrayed President Trump, he kept talking about consensus, the consensus opinion of foreign policy. He was the power in terms of what the consensus ought to be toward Ukraine. But, hey, Colonel Vindman, The President of the United States, that's foreign policy. Not a bunch of bureaucrats develop a consensus. So, again, it's a consensus of one. The best example of just how these bureaucrats run amok and they just ignore presidency, ignore Congress.
