And let's face it, state highway system is 60 years old. We've seen bridges collapse. So we probably do need to spend money on infrastructure. But here's the problem is The President got his more than $800 billion stimulus package. It was supposed to be spent on infrastructure and it wasn't. It certainly wasn't spent effectively.
