And the reality is, again, regardless what the memorandum says, if they get into America, they're able to stay. They're processed, they're dispersed into some of these horrific circumstances. I mean, take a look at the figures. The 28,000 that came in 2015, 3.6 have been returned. Of the 51,000, 2014, 2.6 have been returned. So these children in these families, they use social media.
