We, as in America, have the highest level of incarceration in the world. In 2014 or 2013, it was 716 people per 100,000 population. The next closest country was Rwanda with 492. Take a look at Canada, it's 118. So I guess my primary comment is when you look at those start statistics and you see, and by the way, I had, and I appreciate that Jerome Diller is here from Madison, Wisconsin. (01:38–01:41)
