But part of the problems of the progressive tax system is when you hit a recession, revenue drops and that's what's happened here. We've gone from 18, 19% to 15%. So Progressive tax system really, really bites you when you have recessions. So again, we agree, what we agree on is let's, let's concentrate on limiting the growth in government.
