So you take a look at disaster relief when floods hit in northwestern Wisconsin. I was up there with Sean Duffy surveying the damage, joined Sean in a letter to President Obama who declared that President Obama...declared [northwestern Wisconsin] a disaster area...federal government, through FEMA grants, pay for about 75% of that. I'm leading the effort delegation on the floods in southwest Wisconsin as well. Where does that sit right now?
