And in that case, which is the Kurdistan Regional Government, which is actually fighting ISIS in a very effective way. And I think United States should actually give weapons directly to the Kurdistan Regional Government. President Obama, I believe, has laid out the goal of this administration, of the US Policy right now, which is to degrade and ultimately defeat ISIS.
