And then just on the, there's this push for Congress to have a role in this, the Grassley Cantwell bill. Do you support that, giving Congress a sort of a check on the president's powers? I think across the board, Past Congresses have willingly given up all kinds of constitutional authority, which I think we ought to consider clawing back.
