I just have more faith in state and local governments. I realize maybe you don't and certainly Democrats don't, but the proof is in the pudding. Obamacare has failed. It's failing individuals. There've been real harm and damage done by Obamacare, so I'd rather turn it over. The states makes a whole lot more sense and by the way, I understand that it's distributed far more fairly.
