It's not big government. Big government crushes those dreams. Big government takes away that freedom. So my goal here isn't to bring home the bacon to Wisconsin. My goal is to shrink the size of federal government so Wisconsinites can aspire and dream and build and create. Let's do a couple of other big ones.
