Again, you want prices high because you're making 10% off it or 15% off or whatever. So there's no incentive to lower costs. The only incentive that drives costs lower is consumers. Millions of them, hundreds of millions of them, demanding better pricing, better quality, better levels of customer service. We don't have that in health care at all.
