Thanks, Senator Carper. And you're right, that is a tried and true method. I know in Wisconsin, as we travel around, Senator Baldwin, I think would confirm this as well. Manufacturers are having a hard time finding people. And so we definitely have skills gaps. We also have worker gaps. And so much of it is just making that connection. And so again, I applaud Senator McCain for doing that, for introducing this bill. (18:15–18:21)
