Immigration has always been enforced through administrative warrants. You've got millions of cases because President Biden and Democrats opened the border and flooded America with millions of people. Including those millions are criminals, sex traffickers, human traffickers, drug traffickers, members of transnational criminal organizations, violent gangs. So Democrats created this enormous mess, and President Trump's trying to clean it up. And I've got a great deal of sympathy for those individuals, whether it's department secretaries or the law enforcement officers on the ground trying to clean up that mess. (00:38–00:48)
