I think that is the primary problem problem and it's a very legitimate concern that we do not produce certain products in America and we need to figure out how to bring those back. I don't want to do corporate welfare. I don't think the CHIP act worked particularly well. I think we again, when we spend money, we waste it. I'd much rather just say, well if you come back and manufacture that, we're not going to tax it for. (14:32–14:35)
