Well, let me tell you what I think the difference is, first of all, between what's happening in Wisconsin and what's happening in our nation's capital. The difference is in Wisconsin, we have a constitutional requirement to balance the budget. And so Governor Walker, this was dumped in his lap, a $3.6 billion biennial budget deficit. And he's trying to fix it. He's stepping up the plate and the Republican legislator is stepping up the plate to actually fix the problem, making the hard choices. (00:45–00:52)
